REFUND POLICY 

At The Crystal Zone, we ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and delivered to you on time, every time. Your satisfaction is our priority. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is here to help make things right.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our products or services. All the Domestic Orders will be governed by this policy. 

* You would be eligible for the refund in-case of : 

– Cancellation within six hours of order placed

– Product not delivered / product missing or broken

* We will only refund the amount equivalent to the value of the product (s) returned and not the entire value of the purchase. Shipping and Return shipping charges will be applicable. 

* Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale, special discounts and offers are not eligible for return or refund. 

* This policy does not apply to products bought in person at our physical store or through video / pictures of the products requested from us before making the purchase.

 

RETURNS : 

We accept returns only for the following reasons :

* Wrong item was delivered. 

* The product(s) was damaged when delivered. 

 

PRODUCT MISSING OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: 

If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item, we are happy to provide a free replacement for the product you originally ordered. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will make it right for you.

Kindly, record a video while unboxing your order to assist us in addressing any concerns about missing or broken items. We maintain rigorous checking and packing standards, so missing items are rare, and our secure packaging minimizes the risk of damage in transit. However, if an issue does arise, the unboxing video will support your claim and allow us to promptly provide any replacements needed.

The returning items : 

– Should be in an un-used condition

– Should be returned in the original packing 

– Should be sent to the address – 3rd Floor, 10th Avenue Building, 10th NS Road, JVPD, Mumbai 400049, through a trusted and reliable courier with tracking. Kindly, email us the tracking details. Please ensure product (s) is properly packed in original packing and reaches us within 7 days from the date of your notification. 

Contact us if you would like us to arrange for a pick up. In-case the courier cannot be collected due to your unavailability or if the location is unserviceable for returns or any other reason beyond our control, we will send you a notification and request you to arrange for the return.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items reported after 3 working days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

 

ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT : 

If you get a message from our third party service provider that your order is delivered but you have still not received it, immediately email us at thecrystalzone555@gmail.com or contact us at 7506319231 for us to resolve it with our delivery partners. We will not be liable for any loss or damage of product (s) in transit. 

 

EXCHANGES : 

We exchange / replace product(s) if they are found to be defective  or damaged ( Also, refer to “PRODUCT MISSING OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT ” )

We do not accept return of products that you have ordered by mistake. We always recommend that you make sure that the products, quantities and all other attributes are in accordance with your needs. 

 

CANCELLATION : 

You will get a full refund if you cancel the order within 6 hours of placing the order. 

However, if the product is shipped already you will not be able to cancel your order. 

 

REFUNDS IF APPLICABLE :

Once the return package is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt and approval or rejection of the refund. 

If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment. You will be notified via email or any other reasonable means once your refund is initiated. All refunds are usually credited between 7-10 working days. 

If you do not receive the refund within 10 working days from the date of the notification of the refund, please contact your bank. In case they are still not able to provide a resolution, please email us at thecrystalzone555@gmail.com or contact us at 7506319231.

Payment gateway charges if applicable will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : We do not offer returns / exchanges / refunds on international orders.

It is recommended that you periodically review the policy for updates of any.  Your continued access or use of the platform and / or purchase of our products / services after any updates shall constitute your acceptance of the modifications.
